Winter Protective Style

During the Winter I really enjoy wearing protective style updos like this because they are easy to do and look really cute!

I’ve been wearing this easy updo repeatedly. I wore it on Christmas, New Years and many days in between.
For this style, you don’t have to have stretched or blown out hair.

TOOLS:

Brush for smoothing
Hair Pins and Bobby Pins

STEPS:

Start by taking a section of the front and pinning it back towards the crown. Don’t worry about any loose ends, they will be covered.
Grab a section of hair on the right, above the ear and pin that over the crown, covering the hair that was pinned from the front.
Grab a section of hair on the left, above the ear and pin that over the crown, below the hair that was pinned from the other side.
Finally, grab all the hair at the back and pin that up at the crown covering all hair that was pinned from the sides.
And you’re done!
For bed, you can put on a bonnet, or take down and restyle in the morning.
