Advice for Thicker Natural Hair By JENELL B STEWART

Thicker fuller natural hair is often is often a hair goal for women going natural.  I get the question all the time on YouTube about how to grow thicker natural hair.  Most often, chemical
relaxers leave your hair feeling lifeless and limp, and when you finally decide to go natural, the excitement around having thicker hair makes the journey even more exciting.
If you’re no longer getting relaxers and your hair is still very thin and/or fine, its likely that your hair is just naturally this way.  The thickness of your hair comes down to genetics and there is nothing you can do to make your hair thicker if it isn’t this way genetically.
With that being said, there are situations in our lives that can lead to your hair thinning out.   Think about that month when you were really stressed out and your hair was just all over the floor. Stress can definitely wreak havoc on your body and hair loss is a consequential symptom.
Are you pregnant or did you just have a baby? The hormonal changes while you’re expecting can have your hair growing full and lush and then after you deliver your precious bundle of joy, you feel like the Crypt Keeper.
In the video above I share a few more situations that lead to hair loss and 5 solutions you can try to grow your natural hair back thicker and fuller like it used to be.
